+ Is there any extra cost or membership fee for Pickup & Delivery?
No. You pay our regular in-store prices. There are no additional fees.
+ Where are my clothes picked up and delivered?
At your front door, or another suitable weather-protected location.
+ How do I let you know that I have an order to pick up?
There is no need to call. Just put your bag out on your pick up day. Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday.
+ What do I put my clothes in?
We will provide you with a Spiffy's Home Delivery Bag.
+ Do I have to be there when the pick up and delivery is made?
No. Your Route Driver will provide service to your pre-determined location.
+ When will my clothes be picked up and dropped off?
Upon sign up, you will receive a Free Spiffy's bag and be informed which route days you will be on (Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday).
+ What about Holidays?
We will inform you by email about schedule changes for pick-up and delivery during holiday weeks.
+ What do I do with all my extra hangers?
If you would like to recycle your hangers, please leave a note for the driver and he will bring you a container for the hangers. Please leave the hangers with your next order and your route driver will pick it up.
+ What do I do about a special request?
Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. Please identify the specific garment along with your special instructions.
+ What do I do if I have a problem when I get my clothes back?
Please call our 55th and Harvard store manager (918-742-7222) and they will take care of any problem you may have.
+ Do you do alterations?
Yes. For alterations, pin the instructions to the garment that needs alterations. Return times can vary depending on the complexity of the alteration. If you have questions please call 918-830-0949.
+ How do I pay for the service?
Your cleaning will be charged directly to your credit card that you specified when you set up your account.
+ How do you keep my credit card information safe?
We use the latest encryption and authentication services for all of our web transactions so that your credit card information remains safe.
+ May I use coupons with the Free Home/Office Pick Up & Delivery Service?
YES, you may use Spiffy's "new" Delivery Route Coupons.
